The Case of ibn Kenyatta

Note: all spelling and grammar on these pages, and the use of the vernacular, is intentional.
ibn Kenyatta is a prisoner in the New York State Prison System. He is currently serving an extension of his sentence due to refusing to go before a parole board, as he sees himself innocent of the specific charges of which he was convicted. Kenyatta maintains his innocence of an "attempted murder" charge as his conviction states, and since 1988 has refused to go before a parole board to be considered for parole as a "guilty man freed". He was recently sentenced to two more years in prison as a penalty for his refusal.
